Kammy
Practice Manager
Kammy joined our staff in 2012 and she is our Practice Manager. She lived in Maryland for many years prior to moving to Ohio, and she graduated from Towson University with a degree in Business Administration. Kammy has been married for 35 years and she has two children, Emily and Jon. She enjoys cooking, baking and vacationing with her family.
Heather
Clinical Director
Heather joined our team in 2012 and she is the Clinical Director in our Concord office. She received her certificate of completion from Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assistants in 2010. Heather joined our team as a Dental Assistant, and she was promoted to Lead Dental Assistant before becoming the Office Manager and then the Clinical Director.
Heather has two beautiful daughters, Marlee and Maci, and a son, Max. She enjoys spending time with her girls, golfing, reading, and camping. She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Katie
Insurance Specialist
Katie joined our team as a Patient Care Coordinator in 2014, and she is currently an insurance specialist. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland State University in 2013 with a degree in Psychology. Katie recently married her husband, Ian. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, staying active, and spending time with her family.
Faith
Implant Coordinator
Faith joined the practice as an Insurance Specialist in 2015. She also worked as a Treatment Coordinator, but currently serves as Dr. Mike’s Implant Coordinator. She was born and raised in New Jersey where she began her career in the dental field in 1995. In 2000, Faith and her family relocated to Ohio where she raised her two beautiful children. She has been married for 31 years and she loves to travel. In her spare time, Faith enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Giovanna
Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Giovanna joined our team as a Patient Care Coordinator in 2015, and she is currently the Lead Patient Care Coordinator in our Mentor office.. She graduated from North High School in 2011. Giovanna has a beagle named Bello that she enjoys spending time with and taking him on walks.
Nicolle
Insurance Specialist
Nicolle became part of our team as a Patient Care Coordinator in 2015, and was quickly promoted to Insurance Specialist. She grew up in Madison, but currently resides in Mentor. Nicolle has been married for 16 years, she has three teenage boys, and a Basset Hound named Winston. When not busy with her boys, she enjoys photography, scrapbooking, and baking.
Emily
Treatment Coordinator
Emily joined the practice in 2020. She graduated from Mentor High School in 2011. This is her first job working in a dental practice, and she is really enjoying the challenges and what she has learned thus far. Emily is a Patient Care Coordinator and a Collections Coordinator.
When she is not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, visiting new places, and working out. Emily and her husband, Dan, have three daughters, Elizabeth, Isabelle, and Emma.
Haley
Insurance Verification Specialist
Haley joined the practice in 2019. She earned an Associates of Science degree from Lakeland Community College. She was recently promoted to the Insurance Verification Specialist position.
Haley loves vacationing in new places, going to concerts, and taking walks with her two dogs, Max and Sammie. Spending time and making memories with her fiance, sisters, and parents are things that Haley really cherishes.
Rachel S.
Insurance Specialist
Rachel is the Collections Coordinator; she joined our practice as a Patient Care Coordinator in 2021 and has over 13 years of experience in customer service. She studied business management and graduated from Kent State University in 2009.
Rachel usually spends her weekends playing board games with her husband, Peter, and snuggling her 2 chihuahuas, Bowie and Grimsley.
Bailey
Appointment Coordinator
Bailey is a graduate of Mentor High School and she has taken additional classes for counseling. Although she did not have previous experience in the dental field, she learned very quickly, and she enjoys interacting with patients.
In Bailey’s free time, she enjoys going to the racetrack with her boyfriend, Kyle. She also rescued a dog named Sassy. Sassy loves going on walks and car rides to get ice cream!
Autumn
Collections Coordinator
Autumn graduated from Harvey High School and she attended Mercyhurst University, majoring in public health and sociology, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree. While she did not have prior experience in dentistry, she used her experience in customer service to quickly get up to speed.
Autumn has been figure skating for 18 years! In her free time, you’ll often find her at the ice arena. In addition, she loves going to the beach and spending time with her family. Autumn has two dogs, Koko and Harper.
Joana
Patient Care Coordinator
Joana is a graduate of East Bay Senior High School in Florida. Her experience working in an endocrinologist and OBGYN office prepared Joana to be able to offer excellent patient service.
In her spare time, Joana enjoys reading, traveling, movies and walking her dogs—Maya, Peluche and Leroy. She also has two goldfish, French Fry and Gou Gou. Joana is very close to her family and enjoys spending quality time together.
Sarah
Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Sarah joined our practice in 2023. She previously worked in veterinary offices where she gained experience in customer service and the front office.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, and trying new activities. She is married and has a daughter, two beagles and a calico cat.
Maddie
Patient Care Coordinator
Maddie obtained a degree in Communications and PPE from The Ohio State University. Although she is new to the dental field, she has a strong background in customer service, and she is passionate about learning everything that she can about teeth and oral health.
She loves skiing, hiking, taking her dog, Honey, for walks and painting with her grandma. She has a close-knit family and she has two siblings.
Alexia
Treatment Coordinator
Alexia is a graduate of Mentor High School. She also completed courses in billing and coding and is now certified. She’s currently a student at Lakeland Community College majoring in Radiologic Technology.
Alexia has worked in dental offices since 2021 gaining a vast amount of experience in treatment planning, scheduling, insurances and overall office support.
When not working, she enjoys fitness, traveling and personal growth. Alexia has a strong interest in healthcare, technology and continuing education to keep herself active both mentally and physically. Alexia enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Brittany
Patient Care Coordinator
Brittany is a graduate of Jefferson Area High School and she has taken several continuing education courses. Prior to joining our team, she worked as an Office Manager for 17 years.
In her free time, Brittany loves spending time outside, playing board games and taking family trips. Watching her two beautiful daughters in their extracurricular activities keeps Brittany very busy! However, she makes time for her big family as they are very close.
Taylor
Patient Care Coordinator
Taylor is a 2021 graduate of Fairport Harding High School. Although she did not have experience in the dental field, she has many years of experience in customer service which made for a smooth transition to our office.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys crocheting, cooking, baking sourdough and camping. She and her significant other recently bought a camper and she looks forward to spending weekends there this spring and summer. Being with her family, friends and two dogs, Thor and Monty, and her cat, Eli, make Taylore the happiest!
Sadie
Patient Care Coordinator
Sadie is a graduate of Riverside High School and she also earned her Associates Degree in 2024. She currently attends Arizona State University and is studying Biochemistry.
She has previous experience as a receptionist as well as lab experience from an internship in college. Sadie loves to read, bake and spend time with friends and family. She has four cats named Dorothy, Callie, Tigger and Darla.

Leanne
Lead RDH
Leanne joined our hygiene team in 2021. She graduated with an Associate of Science degree from Lakeland Community College.
Leanne enjoys camping, hiking, bowling and crafting. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her three nieces. Leanne is CPR/First Aid certified.
Julie
RDH
Julie joined our team in 2014. She graduated from Lakeland Community College and she received the Colgate S.T.A.R award for academic excellence. Julie enjoys making a difference in her patients’ oral and overall health. She loves spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and having dinner on the patio with her wonderful husband and her two angels, Grace and Annabelle. Julie is certified in CPR/First Aid.
Danielle
RDH
Danielle is a 2014 graduate of Lakeland Community College, and she joined our team in 2015. She earned an Associate of Science degree. She enjoys the opportunity to help patients understand why complete oral care is important to their overall health. Danielle resides in Painesville with her husband, Josh, and their two daughters, Savanah and Aubrey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, going to her daughters’ sporting events, and hanging out at her parents’ farm. Danielle is certified in CPR/First Aid.
Caroline

Caroline is a graduate of Lakeland Community College where she earned her associate’s degree, and she joined our team in 2016. She is CPR/First Aid certified. Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and their new bundle of joy, Blakely. They also have two dogs, PJ and Kamala.
Crista
RDH
Crista graduated from Lakeland Community College where she earned an Associate of Science degree.
In her spare time, Crista enjoys riding ATVs with her husband, Dana, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Casey and Clifford. Crista and Dana have one child, Theodore. Crista is CPR/First Aid certified.
Alex
RDH
Alex graduated from Lakeland Community College in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science degree. She has four years of experience working in general dentistry offices. Alex enjoys giving back to the community and she has participated in the Cleveland Homeless Stand Down and Give Kids a Smile.
When not working, Alex enjoys hiking, swimming, camping, and traveling with her boyfriend, Nick. They both love animals and they have two dogs, Harley and Moose, and four cats, Jordan, Dolce, Floyd, and Stella. They even have a lizard, Yoda!
Ragan
RDH
Ragan started her career with our practice as a Hygiene Assistant. She then went on to earn an Associate of Science degree from Lakeland Community College and returned to us in 2021 to work as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Ragan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking and hiking with her husband, Jeff. Ragan is CPR/First Aid certified.
Marybeth

Marybeth joined our team in 2022. She graduated from Lakeland Community College with an Associate of Science degree.
When not working, Marybeth enjoys camping, gardening, traveling and going to her kids’ sporting events and activities. Marybeth has seven children, two dogs and a rooster. She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Shannon
RDH
Shannon completed a dental assisting program at Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assistants and she worked as an assistant for more than five years. In 2019, she obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Lakeland Community College and she began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
When not working, Shannon enjoys camping with her husband, Bryan, and her children, Evan and Makenna. She also loves to go hiking. Shannon’s two dogs, Chase and Macie, make her family complete!
Jessica
Lead RDH
Jessica joined our team in 2024. She graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in Allied Health. She has over 20 years of experience and has even worked in a pediatric office.
Her hobbies include playing the piano, lifting weights, camping and riding ATVs. She loves spending time with her husband, Robert, and twins, Jack and Emma. Their family also has two Golden Retrievers, Bear and Murphy.
Julianna
RDH
Julianna attended Youngstown State University and graduated from Lakeland Community College with a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, Julianna worked as a Dental Assistant.
Julianna enjoys biking, reading, traveling and taking care of her cat and dog. She enjoys spending time with her husband, stepdaughters and granddaughter.
Yulia

Yulia came to the United States from Moscow in 2003. She graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Lorain Community College.
Yulia has wanted to be a Dental Hygienist for as long as she can remember!
In her free time, Yulia enjoys working out, traveling and spending time outdoors with her two boys and husband.
Emma

Emma joined our team in 2024 and she recently graduated from Lakeland Community College where she earned an Associate of Science degree. She started as a Dental Assistant, but she currently works as a Dental Hygienist. Emma loves to read, fish and decorate for the holidays. She enjoys spending time with her family and her fiance, Michael.
Becky
RDH
With over 20 years in the dental field, Becky is a Registered Dental Hygienist who is deeply passionate about patient education and preventive care. She is a member of the National Network of Healthcare Hygienists (NNHH) and holds a certificate as an Oral Systemic Educator, focusing on the connection between oral health and overall systemic wellness.
Driven by a desire to better serve her patients, Becky has continued her education in myofunctional therapy to more effectively recognize oral dysfunction and its impact on breathing, sleep, growth in children and daily function. Her goal is to empower patients with knowledge and support long term health through a whole body approach to care.
When Becky is not in the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
Jamie
RDH
Jamie graduated from Lakeland Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2015 and then she went on to complete her bachelor’s degree in Allied Health from Youngstown State.
In addition, Jamie spent 7 years in integrative dentistry and she got certified in ozone therapy. In 2021, she completed the training to become a Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator. She opened a studio in Painesville where she is able to help people with chronic anxiety and dysregulated nervous systems.
While not busy with hygiene and breathwork, she loves to exercise, cook, garden, volleyball and golf. She and her husband, Dylan, were high school sweethearts and they love their life with their daughter, Sydney. Hosting family game nights is at the top of their list too! Jamie is CPR/First Aid certified.

Dental Assistant
Mary started her dental assisting career while enrolled in a high school work study program. She then went on to ICM School of Business and received training as a Medical Assistant. She has worked in many fields including hotel management and litigation, but she found her way back to dental assisting.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening and camping with her family. Mary is married to Jim and they have four daughters, five grandchildren and a Golden Retriever puppy.
Missy
Dental Assistant
Missy completed a dental assisting program at Cleveland Dental Institute, attended Fortis College for dental assisting and went through the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant program at Case Western Reserve University. She worked as a dental assistant in OH before moving to GA. While there, she also became a licensed esthetician after attending the Dalton Institute of Barber and Cosmetology.
When not working, Missy enjoys hiking in the mountains, axe throwing, rhinestone diamond art and hula hooping. She has a large family and two children, Tye and Alyvia, and a beautiful family cat named Binx. She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Unha
Dental Assistant
Unha has been with our office since 1992. She keeps our hygiene department running smoothly and on schedule. In her spare time, Unha enjoys spending time with her beautiful grandchildren. She is certified in CPR/First Aid.
Miranda
Dental Assistant
Miranda has been with our office since 2007. She received her certificate of completion from the Cleveland Institute of Dental & Medical Assistants in 2006. Although she primarily assists Dr. Nicole, Miranda is a true team player while helping out wherever she is needed. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is certified in CPR/First Aid.
Antonia
Dental Assistant
Antonia completed a dental assisting program at the Healthy Smile Center in Ashtabula. She loves chairside assisting and making people smile.
She loves bargain shopping, camping and spending time with her daughter. Antonia considers her coworkers her family and she is always a bright light spreading cheer! She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Sarah
Dental Assistant
Sarah is a Wickliffe High School graduate, and she also attended the Accelerated Academy of Dental Assisting. She is currently taking classes at Lakeland Community College.
In her free time, she enjoys going to car shows and races, and driving sports cars. She is also a hairstylist and makeup artist who loves to sing and write her own songs. Sarah is CPR/First Aid certified.
Kylie
Dental Assistant
Kylie is a student at Mentor High School. After graduation, she plans to get her bachelor’s degree and then go to dental school.
One of Kylie’s passions is photography, and she takes photos at many highs school sports games. She loves to work out, spend time with her friends at dinner and watch the beautiful Lake Erie sunsets.
Camryn
Dental Assistant
Camryn graduated from Riverside High School, and she completed a dental assisting program at Accelerated Academy. She has learned a lot since joining the practice and she enjoys being part of Dr. Andrew’s team.
In her free time, Camryn enjoys exploring new places, traveling and cooking. She has one brother and one sister, and Camryn enjoys spending time with her cousins. She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Brooke
Dental Assistant
Brooke is a Mentor High School graduate, and she also attended the Accelerated Academy of Dental Assisting. She is currently taking classes at Lakeland Community College to eventually become a Registered Dental Hygienist.
When not working and taking classes, Brooke enjoys camping and fly fishing with her boyfriend, Konner. She also has two leopard geckos, Hotdog and Meatball, a turtle and a snake. Brooke is CPR/First Aid certified.
Airiana
Dental Assistant
Airiana completed a dental assisting program at Auburn Career Center. Along with Camryn, she enjoys being part of Dr. Andrew’s team and continues to learn about dentistry. Her goal is to become a Registered Dental Hygienist.
When she is not working, Airiana enjoys reading, gem art and spending time with her boyfriend and friends and family. She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Demesha
Dental Assistant
Demesha joined our team in 2020 and she has taken classes at Tri-C and Lakeland Community College. She has 11 years of assisting experience in general dentistry practices.
In her free time, Demesha enjoys making jewelry, nail art and needlepoint. She loves making memories with her children and spoiling her cat and new kitten, Ginger.
Cheryl
EFDA
Cheryl attended the Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assistants where she received a certificate of completion in dental assisting, and she then went on to graduate from Case Western Reserve’s School of Dental Medicine as an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) in 1999. She has been working in the field of dentistry for 29 years.
Cheryl enjoys golfing with her husband, Michael, and spending time with her family and her dogs, Skipper and Yogi. She has three daughters and four grandchildren. Cheryl is CPR/First Aid certified.
Cindy
Dental Assistant
Cindy joined our staff in 2021. She has been an assistant for more than 18 years working in general dentistry and oral surgery.
Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and outdoor activities. She has two dogs, Lola and Maggie May. When not working, she loves visiting with her children and grandchildren. Cindy is CPR and First Aid Certified.
Lana
Dental Assistant
Lana graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from John Carroll University and she plans to attend dental school. Prior to joining our practice, Lana worked as a dental assistant, and she was able to gain exposure to various dental specialties. In addition, she has volunteered at dental and healthcare clinics.
Lana enjoys traveling to different countries, cooking, spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants and coffee shops and shopping. She has four siblings, two nieces, four nephews and many cousins that are like siblings.
Gabby
Dental Assistant
Gabby is a graduate of Riverside High School and Auburn Career Center’s Dental Assisting program. She joined the practice in 2023.
Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time outside, tanning, volleyball, traveling and shopping. She also enjoys spending time with her mom, dad and brother. She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Madison
Assistant Clinical Director
Madison graduated from Harvey High School and received a Dental Assisting Diploma from Remington College in the fall of 2023. She was excited to join our team as Fioritto Family Dental was her first choice!
Madison enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family, which includes five wonderful nieces! She and her boyfriend share a cat named Winter.
Laura
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Laura graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Dental Medical Assistants in 1999. She was later certified as a Dental Assistant through the Dental Assisting National Board. However, her desire for learning didn’t stop there! Laura graduated from Case Western Reserve University’s Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) program in 2009.
In her free time, Laura enjoys volunteering with her youth group, gardening and helping the Chardon Marching Band as a parent volunteer.
Laura has five children and a cat, and she hopes to be a grandmother one day! She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Trinity
Dental Assistant
Trinity is a graduate of Fairport Harding High School. While there, she enjoyed taking dental assisting courses at Auburn Career Center. She graduated from the program and became a part of our team shortly after.
When not working, Trinity enjoys reading, going to the beach and traveling. She is CPR/First Aid certified.
Lauren
Dental Assistant
Lauren is a graduate of Mentor High School, and she received an Associate of Arts from Copper Mountain in Joshua Tree, California.
Lauren joined the practice as a Patient Care Coordinator but quickly realized that she wanted to work more closely with patients. That’s when she made the switch to dental assisting. She trained under our Assistant Clinical Director and is now assisting doctors on a regular basis.
When not busy at work, Lauren enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. After getting married, Lauren and her husband rescued a Corgie Shephard that enjoys playing in the snow and taking car rides. Lauren is CPR/First Aid certified.
Mercedes
Dental Assistant
Mercedes is currently a student at Perry High School. In addition, she is in the Dental Assisting program at Auburn Career Center and she takes classes at Lakeland Community College. Working at the office has expanded the knowledge that Mercedes is gaining at Auburn.
Outside of work, she likes to play travel softball, volunteer at her church and go to the beach. She enjoys family activities with her mom and brother which includes traveling. Mercedes is CPR/First Aid certified.
Registered Nurse
Jen Blaut
BSN, RN
Jen is a Registered Nurse at Fioritto’s Family Dental, where she specializes in aesthetic treatments including neuromodulator injections, microneedling, and PRF-based skin rejuvenation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron and has pursued advanced training to provide safe, effective, and results-driven aesthetic care.
Jen completed PRF-EDU certification through Advanced PRF Education for microneedling with PRF and is certified in Botox Level I and II through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She enjoys working closely with patients to help them look and feel their best while achieving healthier, more radiant skin.
