Dr. Michael Fioritto, a specialist in implant dentistry, is the founder of the Cleveland Implant Institute and lectures nationally. The institute’s goal is to teach doctors and their staff how to place and restore implants on their own patients. Dr. Mike also founded the Advance Implant Academy, an international non-profit study group of credentialed implant dentists.
Dr. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Georgetown University. He then went on to Case Western Reserve University for his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. While there, he earned the International College of Dentists Award for demonstrating the most professional development during the four years of dental study. He completed his I.V. sedation training at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH.
Dr. Mike completed an externship at the Midwest Implant Institute after dental school, and then completed a one year comprehensive program in implant dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia’s MaxiCourse. He is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI), and an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
Dr. Mike is chair of the Admissions and Credentialing (A&C) Board for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, where he tests general dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons and prosthodontists trying to obtain Associate Fellow and Fellowship certification. He is a faculty member for the Washington, DC MaxiCourse and Past President-Elect for the AAID Central District.
Dr. Mike is a current member of the American Dental Association, Northeast Ohio Dental Society, the Cleveland Academy of Advanced Dental Education, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Board of Oral Implantology, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Advanced Implant Academy and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Nicole Fioritto
DDS
Dr. Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She graduated from Case School of Dental Medicine with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), with honors. While in dental school, she received the Eleanor Bushee Award from the American Association of Women Dentists for high academic merit and leadership in the field of dentistry. During her four years of dental school, Dr. Nicole was appointed by faculty to serve on the Ethics and Honor Committee.
Dr. Nicole has completed advanced training at the world renowned Pankey Institute. She has over 200 hours of continuing education training on temporal mandibular pain (TMD/TMJ) and occlusion.
She is Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life support trained.
Dr Nicole is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Cleveland Academy of Advanced Dental Education.
Dr. Nicole’s goal is to help all her patients value their oral health and understand how it plays a pivotal role in their overall health. It is her goal to help patients understand their dental conditions and deliver quality and personalized care.
Dr. Nicole loves the community of Northeast Ohio and enjoys giving back. She has traveled to many schools during February (National Children’s Dental Health Month) to get children excited about taking care of their teeth and seeing the dentist. Because of her involvement, she has been featured in the Kirtland Gazette, the Plain Dealer, Mentor Life and the Heart of Lake County Magazine.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Mike, and their two boys. Dr. Nicole enjoys reading, running and photography; and she has won several photography awards, shooting pictures with her Cannon DSLR.
Dr. Daniela Turcinov
DMD
Dr. Daniela earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology (Biology) at Miami University. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, as well as a year-long Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Northeast Ohio Dental Society.
Dr. Daniela is a native Clevelander, originally from the suburb of Richmond Heights. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and indoor cycling, cooking, and traveling the US and abroad.
Dr. Andrew Nahra

Dr. Andrew is a Cleveland native, graduating from John Carroll University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Following graduation, he began his dental career at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Andrew graduated Cum Laude and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2021. He is a member of the Ohio Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
After departing The Ohio State University, Dr. Andrew completed a General Practice Residency at Summa Health in Akron, OH. He is trained in Invisalign, Botox, Facial/Dermal Injectable Fillers, and Frontline TMJ/Orofacial Pain Therapy.
In Dr. Andrew’s free time, he loves to travel, find new restaurants, and spend time with family. He and his Partner enjoy calling Downtown Cleveland home after relocating back to the area from Columbus.

Dr. Liz graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology. She then attended The Ohio State University where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Liz continued her education, completing a General Practice Residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Cleveland Dental Society.
Dr. Liz was born and raised in Cleveland and is very excited to be back. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, running, trying new restaurants, and cheering on Ohio sports teams.

Dr. Joseph Linser

Dr. Joe is a dedicated dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care with a compassionate approach. He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Cleveland State University, where he studied Biology. Then Joe received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the renowned Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Joe has demonstrated a passion for advancing his knowledge and skills in dentistry, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and surgical dental procedures. Dr. Joe regularly provides procedures including surgical extractions of teeth, bone grafting/socket preservation, and delayed/Immediate Implant Placement. Dr. Joe also works alongside other doctors to offer sedation options for his patients.
With a deep commitment to continuing education, Dr. Joe stays current with the latest dental techniques and technology advancements and is an Academy of General Dentistry member. He believes in personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. Dr. Joe is known for his gentle demeanor and friendly approach, creating a comfortable environment where patients feel at ease during their dental visits. He takes the time to educate his patients about their options for restoring and replacing teeth, empowering them to make informed decisions for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Joe enjoys watching movies and shows at Playhouse Square. He stays active by going on runs, biking, or hiking. Dr. Joe is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of his patients and strives to uphold the highest standards of excellence in his practice.
Dr. Cara Pisano
DDS
Dr. Cara was born in Erie, Pennsylvania and later moved to Mentor, Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Ohio State University. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Ohio State University. While in dental school, Dr. Cara was an active member of her class, serving as Student Government Organization’s class Treasurer. After dental school, Dr. Cara practiced as a General Dentist in North Carolina. Leaving the warm weather behind, she decided to return home to Mentor due to her love of her family, friends and community.
Dr. Cara decided to pursue a career in Dentistry because she loves helping people feel confident in their smiles. She is dedicated to helping patients understand the link between oral health and overall health. She enjoys talking with patients and providing them with the resources and information they need to invest in their health. Her goal is to lead with compassion and provide patients with tailored, personalized care.
In her free time, Dr. Cara enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her four younger brothers. She loves reading, going to the beach, exercising and cheering on the Buckeyes.
Dr. Josh Fromel

Dr. Josh Fromel was born and raised in Youngstown, OH. He earned his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering in 2019 from Youngstown State University where he graduated summa cum laude. He also completed summer internships at two Fortune 500 corporations; The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Rockwell Automation during his time at Youngstown State.
Dr. Josh earned his dental degree in 2023 at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine located in Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated among the top of his class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. He also won awards given by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Association of Endodontists.
He stayed in Cleveland for an additional year of dental training, completing a General Practice Residency at the Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2024.
Dr. Josh is passionate about many facets of dentistry and enjoys restoring the oral health of his patients. Dr. Josh holds a Moderate IV Sedation certification he obtained through Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH and enjoys utilizing sedation to keep patients comfortable during their dental treatment.
When not practicing or learning about dentistry Dr. Josh loves spending time with friends, traveling, watching his favorite sporting events, fishing, and exercising.

Dr. Mina Karami is a passionate dental professional committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and patient communication. She has distinguished herself as a compassionate provider who values both precision and empathy in every treatment.
Dr. Mina’s diverse academic journey reflects her dedication to lifelong learning and a comprehensive understanding of health and science. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Structure and Functional Anatomy from the University of Melbourne, an Associate of Science in Biology from Houston Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Engineering from Islamic Azad University. Her broad educational background enhances her problem-solving skills, technical precision, and ability to approach dentistry from a multidisciplinary perspective.
Throughout her dental training, Dr. Mina has excelled in all areas of general dentistry, with a special interest in endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, restorative care, implants, and preventive treatments. She believes in empowering her patients through education and open dialogue, taking the time to explain each step of treatment to help patients make informed decisions about their oral health.
Dr. Mina’s approach is marked by a warm, gentle manner and a commitment to creating a comfortable and trusting environment for patients of all ages. As an active member of the Ohio Dental Association and the American Dental Association, Dr. Mina is dedicated to continuing education to stay at the forefront of dental innovations and techniques.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mina enjoys exploring nature, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She brings the same curiosity and care she values in her personal life into her professional practice, striving to improve lives one smile at a time.
