She travels to many schools and daycare centers during February (National Children's Dental Health Month) to get children excited about taking care of their teeth and seeing the dentist. Because of her involvement, she has been featured in the Kirtland Gazette, the Plain Dealer and the Heart of Lake County Magazine. She is also active in the Early Childhood PTA, which helps parents and children discover the many educational and social opportunities available in Northeastern Ohio.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Mike, and their children.  She loves to read and has won a few photography contests.
