Dental Insurance

Our office policy regarding dental insurance

It is your duty to know if you have dental insurance and provide all necessary insurance information to us. If we are not in network with your provider, you must contact your insurance company or your companies human resources department to find out if you can go out-of-network for dental treatment. We will file your insurance claim, but you are responsible for any balances. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, you will not be held liable for "insurance charges" until 30 days after the date of service. If, after 30 days, your insurance has not pain in full, the balance becomes your responsibility and insurance can reimburse you.

Insurance payments for dental procedures

No insurance covers 100 percent of all dental procedures. The amount a plan pays is determined by what plans your employer offers and what coverage the employee chooses.
